Clean N Clear LLC is a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience. Bryan took over ownership in 2022. Since then, he has helped keep exteriors clean and clear for neighbors across the region.

How we work

We believe in honest communication and fast service. Bryan will get you a quote as soon as possible so you can enjoy great views quickly. We do things the right way every time. Windows are cleaned either the traditional way or with a pure water system, depending on your property's needs. Screens are washed using a screen-cleaning system. Tracks are wiped. Everything gets put back where it belongs.

If a pane isn't right when we're done, we come back and redo it. Free. That's our customer service guarantee.

Questions we get asked

Do I need to be home?

No. We need access to the exterior and, if you want interiors done, someone to let us in — but plenty of customers leave a key or a code and come home to it finished.

How do you quote a job?

Tell us roughly what you have — the property, how many stories, and what needs cleaning — and we'll send a quote back, usually the same day. No walkthrough needed for most homes.

Are you insured?

Yes — $1M liability. We'll send the certificate through before the job if you want it on file, and commercial clients usually do.

What if I'm not happy with it?

We come back and re-clean it. No argument and no charge. If a pane isn't right, it isn't finished. That's our customer satisfaction guarantee.

Do you clean screens and tracks too?

Yes, both, as part of a standard clean. Screens get washed and dried rather than just popped out and put back, and tracks get vacuumed and wiped. Grit left in a track ends up back on the glass the next time it rains.

Can you get to second-story and awkward windows?

Almost always. Between ladder work and water-fed pole gear we can reach most residential glass safely. If something genuinely isn't safe to reach we'll say so upfront rather than guess.

Do you work in winter?

Yes, within reason. Exterior work needs the temperature above freezing, so winter jobs get scheduled around the weather. Interiors we can do any time of year.

How far do you travel?

Eleven towns across South Dakota and Minnesota — Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Tea, Brandon, Garretson, Dell Rapids, Pipestone, Edgerton, Leota, Slayton and Luverne. Just outside that? Ask anyway.
